This connects these Terezis from the many timelines of Paradox Space, making them all relevant on a cosmological level. Near the end of the comic, Terezi uses her mind abilities to Remem8er (presumably) the experiences of at least one, if not more, of her alternate timeline selves. As per Hairycles & the Blind Prophet, he is a Holy Giant Ape and his name in Tibia is Bong.
She is also a Seer of Mind and is able to see various timelines resulting from people's decisions, which effectively makes her a prophet. It demands an answer to the question of exactly who the Blind Prophets are. Her thing was blind justice, so why wasn't her quirk based around that somehow? This is kind of weird honestly, because Terezi was using that quirk long before the game, and prophecies were never exactly her schtick (the closest we got to someone into prophecies would be Sollux with his prophetic dreams, but he doesn't use that quirk). This is because these are the Numerals of the Blind Prophets. Terezi Pyrope's quirk is inserting the numbers 4, 1, and 3 into her words.
